AMERKS HALL OF FAME NIGHT, PRESENTED BY UR MEDICINE ORTHOPEDICS & PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE, RETURNS JAN. 27
Oct 25, 2022The Rochester Americans announced today that Hall of Fame Night, presented by UR Medicine Orthopedics & Physical Performance, is slated for Friday, Jan. 27 when the Amerks host the Charlotte Checkers at 7:05 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena.
The Amerks will welcome two new members into the prestigious club as part of the Class of 2023, the first in three years for the organization. This year’s inductees will be formally announced in the coming weeks.
The Amerks Hall of Fame was established in 1986 and features 65 honored members, including several AHL Hall of Famers and Hockey Hall of Fame members, spanning the 66-year history of the American Hockey League’s second-oldest franchise. The creation of the Amerks Hall of Fame nearly 40 years ago has allowed the Amerks to recognize, honor and celebrate individuals for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the organization.
