• Completed his final season at Canisius College  (AHA) where he captured career-highs in all offensive categories in goals (14), assists (20), points (34), penalty minutes (120) and games played (35)

CAREER:
Hudson, a 24 year old native of Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, joins the Amerks after recently completing his senior season at Canisius College... The 6-foot-1, 210-pound blueliner finished the 2009-10 campaign with career-highs in all offensive categories in goals (14), assists (20), points (34), penalty minutes (120) and games played (35) and finished as the Golden Griffins’ top scoring defenseman and fourth overall on the team... Finished first among team blueliners with 44 points in 2008-09… Was first among team defenseman in scoring and finished third overall his rookie season… Collected 90 points (44+46) and 353 penalty minutes in 132 career games with Canisius… Was the Griffins’ top scoring defenseman three of the four years
