The Rochester Americans announced today that, prior to the Amerks 3:05 p.m. game versus Cleveland’s Lake Erie Monsters on Monday, Nov. 11, the team will unveil the special-edition jerseys that will be worn for the outdoor game between Rochester and Lake Erie on Friday, Dec. 13 as part of the Greater Rochester Area Honda Dealers Frozen Frontier presented by Labatt.

In honor of Veterans Day, the Amerks’ and Monsters’ Frozen Frontier jerseys will be unveiled during a pregame ceremonial puck drop featuring military veterans from the OASIS Adaptive Sports ice skating program, which is a program designed to assist disabled military veterans in reconnecting and resuming productive lives in society through participation in recreational activities that promote independence, and social and emotional well-being. The Rochester Americans and Amerks Alumni Association have supported the local OASIS ice skating program since its inception.

After the jerseys have been unveiled, replica Frozen Frontier Amerks jerseys will be available for sale in the Amerks Team Store presented by Adpro Sports at The Blue Cross Arena.
