Brooke Whowell enters her seventh season with the Rochester Americans, serving as the team’s Director of Corporate Fulfillment.
A native of Rochester, Mrs. Whowell broke onto the local sports scene in 2006 with the former Rochester Sports Group, working primarily with the Rochester Rhinos of the United Soccer League. Prior to joining the organization, Mrs. Whowell spent five years with GMR Marketing, one of the world’s largest engagement marketing agencies headquartered in New Berlin, Wisconsin. During her time with GMR, Mrs. Whowell was responsible for the fulfillment of several accounts, including that of Major League Baseball.
Her experience in the professional sports industry has also taken her to Denver, Colorado, where she completed an internship with IMG in 1996-97 before securing a Game Operations internship with the National Hockey League’s Chicago Blackhawks for the 1997-98 season.
Mrs. Whowell obtained her degree in Sport Management from Bowling Green University. She currently resides in Fairport with her husband and three children.
